BIG FM celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi:):):)

BIG 92.7 FM Radio celebrated Ganesh Chathurthi in an eco-friendly way for the 3rd consecutive year by installing ‘RAMKY BIG GREEN GANESHA’ at Prasad’s IMAX.

Actress Nikesha Patel of Komaram Puli fame performed the first ‘aarti’ and ‘puja’ of Lord Ganesha. This eco-friendly Ganesha is available for public viewing and for offering prayers from September 11th to 19th, 2010. Several prominent citizens and film stars are expected to visit the Ganesha and offer their prayers during this period.

Commitment

BIG FM had initially launched the Green Ganesha drive in 2008 and is back with it again this time with more grandeur, to continue with its commitment to create a greener Hyderabad.

Star presence

Renowned Tollywood star Jagpathi Babu, actresses Kalyani and Ramky Enviro’s MD & CEO Mr. Raman Nanda launched the campaign for newspapers collection on September 3, 2010, by donating the first set of newspapers.

Subsequently, Bollywood stars Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Sonu Sood and the Dabangg cast donated newspapers for the Ramky BIG Green Ganesha, said a press release.
